Responsibilities:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic technology team at Dhirendra Group. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across both front-end and back-end technologies, with a strong focus on building scalable, high-performance web and mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize products that drive real impact across industries.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable web and mobile applications.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define, design, and ship new features.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

The EXIM Operations Manager will design, document, and execute the end-to-end framework for trade processes — covering procurement, logistics, compliance, and payments. This role is central to building the backbone of a seamless agri-trade network, driving efficiency and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

Map out the full trade process lifecycle and identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
Design structured workflows, SOPs, and documentation systems for smooth and compliant trade execution.
Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and regulators to ensure all trade operations meet compliance standards.
Research and benchmark global best practices in trade facilitation and adapt them to the Indian and international agri-commodities context.
Integrate technology tools — including AI, platforms, and automation — into the trade process to enhance speed, accuracy, and transparency.
Continuously monitor and improve operational efficiency, cost structures, and risk mitigation frameworks.

Qualifications:
